Now what is the meaning of resilient? Resilince is the never give up attitude that a person stands up with,thats in my definition anyway,its is the ability to be on top of the storm in life. Thinking of the fact of the topic Resilient mindset,it is the fact of having the mindset of always countering negative thoughts,negativity in a positive way you are just the kind of person that is not perfect but simply the best, Ways to develop a resilient mindset 1.reading Reading opens yu to the things you dont know, it gives you a sense of being, opens you up to vast knowledge and sparks up the confidences in youyou. 2.keeping queit. It makes you think and opwnopen yur heart to the free wil of nature giving you a sense of peace around troubles. It makes you able to understand your weaknesses and strength it releases the inspiration you need to clear your path in life. 3.exercises They help work with your body,ti be trapped in a state of fittness ready for anything that may come yyr wy.
